Once affiliated to TheBoxCargo and received your account number/locker you can buy from any online store by directing your purchases to our address in the United States with your unique locker. Once you have received your packages we process and make the international shipment. Our agent in your country Desaduaniza and delivers you to your home or office.
What do I get when I subscribe to TheBoxCargo?
You get an international locker equipped with a pack of tools that TheBoxCargo has developed to guarantee the handling and delivery of your goods purchased online and shipped internationally at a very favorable cost, with high quality margins and Compliance. Among other benefits you can have a physical address in Miami, which receives, classifies and dispatches daily the documents and/or merchandise received to your account, as well as will allow you to track your merchandise from your arrival in your locker in Miami to the Time of delivery at the address you specified when you signed up.
What is the validity time of my Casillero Internacional TheBoxCargo account?
Your TheBoxCargo service is indefinite, but it could be disabled if your locker shows inactivity for 1 year or if you do not comply with your payments for services Provided.
How do I register to TheBoxCargo?
Filling out the form that appears on the registration page. Remember that you must have a valid credit card and an email address available for this.
Payment
How do I pay for my shipment?
The payment of merchandise and transportation within the United States you do it directly with the store where you do your purchases. The cost of transportation from your physical address in Miami to the address you specified us in your country when registering, we will debit it to your credit card. In case your credit card is rejected by TheBoxCargo we will notify you via e-mail so that you can register another credit card or send your payment via Paypal.
How do I pay through PayPal?

Who is responsible for paying for the items I order online?
You’re responsible for the merchandise you buy. TheBoxCargo only charges the shipping and handling of your package in Miami and any additional charges this may cause.

What are the shipping restrictions of shipments?

What is online tracking?
Tracking or tracking of packages starts from the time the merchandise arrives at our facilities in Miami until the time of delivery in the address specified in your country. Who is responsible before the local laws of my country for the import?

Are taxes included in the TheBoxCargo service rate?
No, rates for the service include Miami reception, sorting, packing, shipping to your country, and home delivery. Taxes will be liquidated independently and will be charged by our agent in the country of destination in your local currency.

Who did I contact if my merchandise was lost?
If your merchandise is lost before you get to our offices, you will have to send your claim to your supplier or carrier.

Choose your purchase via the Internet, estimate the cost of your shipment and proceed to order, once received in our facilities you can monitor it by accessing our page until you receive it at your home in destination country.
What does billing and shipping address mean?
Billing address is the address you have associated with the credit card you are paying for. Shipping address is the direction you will use to receive your purchase at TheBoxCargo,
